Current
Needs
As we
look forward to a new decade HCH has a wonderful opportunity to
continue its wide scope of local medical care services while
positioning itself to evolve as new treatments and technologies are
introduced in the future.
The
success of the Campaign for Community Healthcare Excellence
will provide the means for HCH to meet ongoing day-to-day pressing
needs as well as to establish the perpetuity of healthcare excellence
for our communities.
Every gift counts! Each contribution to the HCH Foundation makes a
difference in the lives of our patients. By contributing to the
Foundation you can bring hope to families at a time when it is needed
most. While all donations to the Foundation are welcomed and
appreciated the following priority needs represent areas where
contributions will make the greatest difference in helping to sustain
our quality hospital .
Physician
and Hospital
Support Fund
This unrestricted fund is needed to assure we can provide care in a
compassionate environment for all patients and long-term care
residents. In order to assure that quality healthcare is always
available in a community this size the hospital is incorporating best
practices in cost savings and efficient operations. Donor funds help
make up budget shortfalls as well as assist in our recruitment and
employment of excellent board certified physicians who devote their
practice to our seasonal communities.
Medical
Technology and Capital
Improvement
Fund
Donations restricted to the capital fund will support upgrades to
medical equipment and facility infrastructure improvements as well as
new, cutting edge technology to assure we are offering state-of-the
art care to our patients.
Heritage
for Health Endowment
Fund
The income from a significant endowment will allow our Hospital to
continue its tradition of providing outstanding community healthcare
now and for future generations. Gifts to the Heritage for Health
Fund are permanently invested and only the earnings will be used to
support the most pressing needs of our hospital.
