Highlands-Cashiers
Hospital Foundation
Thanks to
the widespread support of caring and generous area residents,
Highlands-Cashiers Hospital has become a benchmark for medical care in
small communities, providing top quality physicians, first-class
facilities and state-of-the-art equipment.
Established in 1995, the Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Foundation
provides the ongoing basis of financial support to assure that quality
healthcare is always available to everyone in our communities. The HCH
Foundation is a 501C (3) supporting charitable corporation. A
Foundation Board of Directors, separate from the Hospital Board,
oversees Foundation operations and the administration of its
charitable funds. The HCH Foundation aspires to promote and administer
charitable gifts through a comprehensive program of philanthropy in
support of healthcare excellence.
Our
hospital faces several important challenges in the next five years.
Income from charitable giving is essential to sustaining our full time
hospital, which is called upon to serve a largely seasonal population.
Like other healthcare facilities nationwide, we are in an uncertain
and precarious healthcare climate. Nonetheless, continuing our great
local healthcare can be successfully achieved. Please help us by
