Skilled Rehabilitation
In an
atmosphere of private suites, personal attention from the best we have
to offer in skilled professional care, and an environment for those
who need short or longer term health monitoring, we are pleased to
bring to your attention a unique program for those who require
extended care at the hospital. We call it Skilled Rehabilitation. With
this program, you will work with a physical therapist, have 24 hour
nursing care under a plan developed with you, your family, your
doctor, or whoever is needed to participate in your care. You will
receive daily assistance with personal hygiene, fresh linens when
needed, and meals served in your room or in our dining room. Personal
clothing will be laundered; medications will be dispensed under doctor
supervision from our pharmacy and will be administered by our nurse
caregivers. Activities are available as are off site visits with
family as long as your condition permits.
